1. Scroll Down to Submit a Service Request area
2. Select “Office 365 Licensing Change” Template
3. Enter your email address in “Email Address” field
4. Enter a brief description including User names if required in “How can we help you” area
5. Department is populated automatically
6. Specify if you want to add or remove licenses in “Add/Remove License” Dropdown
7. Specify License Type from “License Type” Dropdown
8. And specify how many by entering amount in “How Many” field
9. Click "Submit"
