Account Doesn’t Allow Editing On A Mac
A. Make sure correct licensing assigned to your account.
B. If you have the right license, please try the steps below to see the result:
- Log out of account and Quit Office
- Open Finder > Applications > Utilities > Keychain Access
- Choose All Items in Category, and search Microsoft in the upper-right search box.
- Delete all the keychains if present.
- Try to run and activate Office again.
- Test editing document.
C. Reinstall Microsoft office from the Office.com site.
