1. Click Download Client
2. Run downloaded TeamViewerQS.exe file. (Browser Specific instructions below)
3. If prompted to allow changes bu TeamViewer, please click Accept
4. Support Representative will request screen sharing session shortly.
Note: If you see TeamViewer message:
This indicates that you have TeamViewer installed and running on your computer.
Please click OK and open TeamViewer installed on your computer and provide representative with Your ID and Password.
